Send your flight number, destination, passengers and luggage. We reply with a quote within 15 minutes for requests sent before 22:00 (Zurich time).

After landing
Where you meet your chauffeur: Your chauffeur waits for you in the arrivals area with a name sign.

Drop-off
At your hotel, chalet or address. Transfers to Zermatt end at the Matterhorn Terminal Täsch – Zermatt is car-free.

St. Moritz: via the Julier Pass; the route on the day depends on road conditions.
Zermatt: the drive ends in Täsch; the time includes 15 min on the Lötschberg car train (Kandersteg–Goppenstein) but not the wait for it.

Smoking policy
This is a strictly non-smoking vehicle. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vapes is prohibited.

Food & drinks
Out of respect for the next passengers, please avoid eating messy or strong-smelling food in the car. Only bottled drinks with secure caps are permitted.

Pets
Small pets are welcome but must travel inside an appropriate pet carrier. Please inform us in advance when booking.

Child safety
Safety is our priority. If you travel with young children, please inform us in advance so we can ensure the proper child seats or boosters are available.

Cleanliness
An extra cleaning fee (up to CHF 150.00) may apply in case of interior soilage or liquid spills requiring professional valeting.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, please contact Ovidiu via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible so that your pickup time can be adjusted.
Can you carry skis and snowboards?

How much does a transfer cost?
All our transfers have fixed, transparent prices confirmed in advance. Main quotes from Zurich Airport: Rheinfall (CHF 150.–), Rigi – Queen of the Mountains (CHF 150.–), Grindelwald, Interlaken & Lauterbrunnen (CHF 350.–), Davos (CHF 450.–), and St. Moritz (CHF 550.–). For any other destination, please contact us for a personal quote.
Can you drive me to my hotel in Zermatt?
Not by car. Zermatt is car-free and private vehicles may only drive as far as Täsch, so your transfer ends at the Matterhorn Terminal Täsch. From there, the shuttle train or a local taxi service takes you on to Zermatt.
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash, by card or by Twint.
Do you offer door-to-door transfers from home to another city or resort?
Yes. In addition to airport transfers, we provide direct door-to-door transfers from your home address or hotel to any Swiss city, ski resort or destination. Simply choose “Other destination” or enter your pickup address and destination in the quote form.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
